Borough Code 18-6: any construction, renovation or demolition project that requires a building or demolition permit and has a dumpster/roll-off on site is a covered project and must file a debris recovery plan with the Municipal Recycling Coordinator before work starts, showing at least 50% of construction and demolition debris will be separated and recycled.
