DeLalla Carting is a roll-off dumpster rental company operating in Bergen County, New Jersey and Rockland County, New York. Our office is at 40 Tillman Street, Suite D, Westwood, NJ 07675, and you can reach us on (201) 913-9400.
This policy covers this website. It does not cover other companies' websites we link to.
If you fill in our contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, company, phone number, email address, town, a subject and your message.
We use that to answer you and to quote and schedule work. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
If you call or text us instead, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us, for the same purposes.
Our site uses three third-party tools. Each one sets cookies in your browser and sends information about your visit to the company that runs it. We are naming them because you cannot make a decision about something you have not been told:
These tools are run by Google, Meta and TikTok, not by us. What they collect is governed by their own privacy policies, and they may combine it with information they already hold about you. Our web host also keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses.
You can stop most of this in your browser: block or delete cookies, or turn on the “do not track” or tracking-protection setting your browser offers. Blocking them does not stop you using this site or contacting us.
We publish photographs of dumpsters we have delivered, including on our recent deliveries page and on our social media accounts. These show the container and its placement, and are taken by our crew during the job. We name the town, not the address, and we do not identify customers.
If a photograph of your property is on this site and you would rather it were not, call us and we will take it down. You do not need to give a reason.
We keep enquiries and job records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed New Jersey solid waste hauler. Server logs and analytics data are kept for the periods set by the providers named above.
The companies that run the tools above, as described. Otherwise, only DeLalla Carting and the people who work here. We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, and we would tell you if we were able to.
This is a service for property owners and contractors. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (201) 913-9400 or use our contact page and say what you want. There is no form to fill in and we will not charge you.
If we change how we handle information, we will change this page and move the date at the top. There is no version history, so if something here matters to you, keep a copy.
