Where these credentials apply.

Our licensing and insurance cover dumpster rentals across Bergen County, NJ and Rockland County, NY. They cover the hauling; they do not replace a municipal permit. Some towns require a permit for a container in the street, and a few require one even on a private driveway. We check the town's rule before every delivery and tell you what, if anything, you need to file. Every town's rule is here.

What happens before a container is delivered

  1. License and permit status confirmed for the county.
  2. Town placement rule checked for the address, and a permit obtained by you if the town requires one.
  3. Certificate of insurance issued to the named party if requested.
  4. Delivery and set-down on boards at the agreed spot.
  5. Disposal through a licensed transfer station.

Licensing and insurance questions.

Can my town require extra permits even though you are licensed?

Yes. Our licensing covers the hauling. Street placement, right-of-way and in some towns even driveway containers need a municipal permit, which is separate. Our permits guide lists every town we serve, and we confirm before delivery.

How do I request a certificate of insurance?

Email us the job address and the exact name of the party to be listed as certificate holder. We send the COI promptly, same day in most cases.

Are your Rockland permits valid in every Rockland town?

Yes. The county hauler permit covers operations throughout Rockland County. Individual towns and villages may still require a placement permit for the container itself.

Do you carry workers' compensation?

Yes. Workers' compensation, general liability and commercial auto are all active, and the details are on the certificate of insurance we issue on request.
