12 and 20-yard roll-offs delivered on boards to Oradell driveways, from a family company based in Westwood. 14 days and the weight included, every fee stated before you book.
7am to 9pm, seven days. Describe the job and we'll tell you the size in two minutes.
Oradell allows a container in the street with a permit ($100 per dumpster on any public street), issued by the Construction Code Official. Oradell requires the permit even on your own driveway, so plan on filing it either way; we tell you exactly what to bring when you book. See every town's rule.
Time limit on the street or property: Private-property permit valid 30 days (up to three permits, 90 days total); public-street permit valid 7 days. Our standard 14-day rental fits inside most jobs; if yours runs longer, say so when you book.
Bulk pickup versus a dumpster. What Oradell collects at the curb: DPW picks up appliances, metal items and electronics on Mondays by appointment only; DPW Recycling Center at 2 Marginal Rd open weekdays and 1st/3rd Saturdays. That works for a couch. A whole garage, a roof or a renovation is a container job.
Borough of about 8,244 residents and 2,850 housing units (2020) on 2.57 sq mi, shaped by the 1923 Oradell Reservoir dam and 1870s railroad-era Victorian development such as the 1897 shingle-style Atwood-Blauvelt mansion.
Checked against Oradell sources on 2026-09-10: ecode360.com, ecode360.com, www.oradell.org. Rules change; we confirm before every delivery.
Most homes need the 12. Most renovations and roofs need the 20. Both from our own fleet.

Yes. Oradell is one of the towns that requires a permit even for a container on your own driveway ($100 per dumpster on any public street), issued by the Construction Code Official. Street placement needs the same permit plus police or road-department approval. We deal with this every week; tell us the address and we'll tell you what to file and where.
Often the same day or the next morning, depending on where the trucks are. We're based in Westwood, Bergen County, and our drivers are in Oradell regularly. Call (201) 913-9400 and we'll give you a real time.
We put wood boards under the rails on every delivery, at no charge, and set the container down gently rather than dragging it. Asphalt, pavers, concrete and gravel drives in Oradell all get the same treatment. When we pick up, we sweep the spot.
For an attic, garage or single-room job the 12-yard (12 x 8 x 4 ft, 2,000 lb included) is usually right and fits a one-car driveway. Whole-house cleanouts, roofs and renovations take the 20-yard (16 x 8 x 6 ft, 4,000 lb included). Both come with 14 days. Describe the job on the phone and we'll tell you which.
Same trucks, same terms, across Bergen County. See the Bergen County page.
