Turn storage back into living space

A basement fills up one box at a time, and clearing it means getting years of it up the stairs and out of the house. A roll-off container in the driveway means every trip ends in one place, and you have 14 days to do it, a room or a corner at a time.

Old furniture, carpet, boxes, shelving, the treadmill nobody uses: carry it up once and it is gone. When you are done, call and we take it away.

Which size for a basement

Basements vary more than any other room. A partial clear-out often fits the 12-yard, with 2,000 lb included. A full basement of furniture and carpet, or a basement as part of a whole-house cleanout, is usually the 20-yard, with 4,000 lb included.

Describe it on the phone and we will tell you which, before you book.

Questions we are asked.

What size dumpster do I need for a basement cleanout?

It depends how full the basement is. A partial clear-out often fits the 12-yard; a full basement or a bigger cleanout is usually the 20-yard. Call (201) 913-9400 and describe it.

Can old carpet and furniture go in?

Yes. Carpet, furniture, wood, drywall and metal are all fine. Paint, liquid chemicals, fuels and tires are not.

How long can I keep the dumpster?

14 days, with the weight included. If you need longer, ask when you call.

Will it damage my driveway?

Every container goes down on wood boards, is set down rather than dragged, and the spot is swept at pickup.

Do I need a permit?

Usually not for a container on your own driveway. A few towns ask for one, and we check your town before delivery.
